"Staff was very, very helpful. We had to pack bicycles for air transport and the airline let us down and didn't supply us with any containers. The hotel staff jumped in - even without asking, and provided heavy duty plastic bags free of charge and even helped us packing the bikes. Staff was very curteous and cheerful. triple A+ service. The only (minor) problem was the confusion over which hotel we were booked (Airport or Hampton Inn & Suites) We booked by 3genius travel. But it got sorted out in a very short time."
